Eid Mubarak emerald and gold Eid party invitation design shown with its envelope

Eid is a time of joy, gratitude, and togetherness. Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan, and Eid al-Adha honors the willingness of Prophet Ibrahim to sacrifice his son in obedience to God, coinciding with the Hajj pilgrimage. Both are celebrated with prayers, new clothes, gifts for children, and plenty of food shared with family, friends, and neighbors. Here are Eid party ideas, expected 2027 dates, and invitation wording in English and Arabic.

When is Eid in 2027?

Eid al-Fitr 2027: expected around March 9 or 10, 2027.
Eid al-Adha 2027: expected around May 16 or 17, 2027.

Exact dates depend on moon sighting and your community's practice, and US communities sometimes celebrate on different days. Because the date may not be confirmed until the night before, many families plan their Eid party for the first weekend after Eid. A digital invitation can be updated once the date is confirmed.

An emerald and gold Eid invitation

Our Eid Mubarak party invitation is designed in cream, emerald, and gold: a hand-drawn crescent moon inside an eight-point star, two hanging lanterns, a row of geometric stars, and golden stars twinkling across the screen once guests open the envelope. An original oud-inspired melody plays in the browser; guests can mute it, or you can choose no music.

The Signature version is a private link with an envelope and wax seal, twinkling stars, music, an English/Arabic switch, a live countdown, schedule, map and directions, add-to-calendar, and online RSVP with a guest list you can export. The Essential version is a print-ready 5×7 PDF and phone-ready PNG (a still image). Our Arabic wording is drafted by us and checked before delivery, and Urdu or another language can be added on request. It's perfect for Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha lunches, open houses, and community parties. See pricing.
