These Terms govern your use of invitecraftly.com and purchases from Invite Craftly (“we,” “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Digital Product Policy.

1. Our products

We sell digital invitations personalized by our designers: (a) Essential downloadable files, (b) Signature hosted interactive invitations with online RSVP, and (c) Premium and other custom design services. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Your information and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (names, dates, addresses, wording) and for reviewing proofs carefully before approval. You confirm you have the right to use any photos, music, logos, or text you send us, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely to create and host your invitation.

3. Proofs, revisions, and approval

Included revision rounds are listed on each product page. Approval of a proof confirms the content is correct. Errors present in an approved proof are not our responsibility, though we will correct them for Signature invitations where possible.

4. Delivery and hosting

Delivery times are estimates in business days and begin when we receive complete details. Hosted invitations remain online until 60 days after the event date stated in your order, after which the page and RSVP data may be deleted. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

5. Intellectual property

Our designs, artwork, code, and templates remain our property. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use your personalized invitation for your event. You may not resell, redistribute, or reuse our designs as templates.

6. Acceptable use

We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or harmful.

7. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and payable in full at checkout. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including event costs.
