What’s the difference between Essential, Signature, and Premium?
Essential is a personalized digital download (print-ready PDF and phone-ready PNG). Signature is a hosted interactive invitation with a private link and online RSVP. Premium is a bespoke design created from scratch with a designer.
Is a template something I edit myself?
No — our designers personalize every order for you. You send us your details through a short form after checkout and approve a proof.
Can a wedding design be used for another occasion?
Often, yes. Most designs adapt well to other celebrations. Send us a note and we’ll confirm before you order.
Do you offer save the dates that match my invitation?
Yes. Any design can be adapted as a save the date. Order the save the date version of your design, or choose Hold the Date.
Delivery
Timing & delivery
How long will my invitation take?
Essential: 3–5 business days. Signature: 5–7 business days. Premium: first concept in 7–10 business days. Timelines start when we receive complete details through the event details form.
How is it delivered?
By email to the address on your order. Essential orders receive download files; Signature and Premium receive a private invitation link plus access to your guest list.
Do you offer rush delivery?
When our schedule allows, yes. Contact us before ordering and we’ll confirm availability and any rush fee.
How long does my invitation stay online?
Signature and Premium invitations stay online until 60 days after your event date. Please export your guest list before then.
RSVP
Guests & RSVPs
How do guests RSVP?
Guests open your invitation link, tap RSVP, and submit their name, attendance, guest count, and optional dietary notes. No app or account required.
Where do I see responses?
In a private guest list we set up for you, where you can search, filter, and export responses to CSV.
Is my guest information private?
Yes. Responses are never displayed on the invitation page, and invitation pages are hidden from search engines.
Is there a limit on guests?
Signature includes up to 300 RSVP responses; Premium up to 500. Planning something larger? Ask us.
Changes
Revisions & refunds
How many revisions are included?
Essential and Signature include two rounds of text and color revisions before delivery. Premium includes three rounds of design revisions.
Can details change after delivery?
For Signature and Premium, we’ll update factual details (date, time, venue, schedule) after delivery at no charge for up to two update requests.
Can I get a refund?
