Cancelling an order

You can cancel at any time by emailing invitecraftly@gmail.com with your order number. Refund amounts follow our Refund Policy based on how far work has progressed.

Event postponed or changed?

Plans change. If your date or venue changes, we’ll update your Signature or Premium invitation — the first two factual updates are free. Postponing doesn’t forfeit your invitation; the hosting period moves to your new date.

Event cancelled

If your event is cancelled entirely, contact us. Before any proof is sent, we follow the standard refund schedule. After that, we can convert your purchase into a credit toward a future Invite Craftly order, valid for 12 months.

If we need to cancel

If we can’t take on a custom project or meet your date, we’ll tell you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.
